Art Deco delight! This is an incredibly elaborate Art Deco creation. A feast for the eyes and your neck won't mind having it around either. Comprised of sterling silver, onyx and so much marcasite that I can't even begin to count the pieces. There are hundreds of glittering marcasites. All of the marcasite is present and orginal to the necklace. This is a very substantial piece that deserves to be called a collar rather than a necklace. Wear this and I guarantee that you will be noticed. The necklace curves, to fit the contour if your neck, so the pieces of onyx are curved rectangles. Excellent vintage condition with no damage to metal, onyx or marcasite. The clasp is fold over style and in excellent working condition. The collar is marked sterling silver inside the clasp.
