Vintage 1940s Forstner Gold Filled Snake Bracelet
A much sought after gold filled snake bracelet by Forstner. A 1947 Harper's Bazaar ad describes this bracelet as a 'coiled serpent bracelet available in yellow or white and only at leading department and specialty stores.' The bracelet was available as a single coil serpent or double coil. This particular serpent is a double coil and hallmarked Forstner 1/20 12k GF which indicates that this bracelet is gold-filled. Extremely Fine condition with no damage whatsoever.
