Vintage Victorian Amethyst Glass Drop Earrings

Enchanting! A perfect pair of sparkling amethyst glass drop earrings from the Victorian era. Absolutely no chips or scratches to the glass! The earwires are rolled gold over brass. Extremely Fine condition with a very small amount of wear to the gold, mostly on the earwires. These areas show up darker in the photos. I have not polished the areas as rolled gold comes off very easily. The darker tarnished brass can be carefully polished to the same brightness as the rolled gold. All parts are original with no repairs. If you are a lover of Victorian earrings, you will really appreciate the remarkable condition that these are in. Rare indeed. Gift boxed. (Item #10436)
