An exquisite Victorian era pendant consisting of a very large piece of faceted amethyst Bohemian glass surrounded by gold washed brass filigree, enameled flowers and sparkling pieces of foil backed amethyst glass. The pendant chain has been created from a variety of brass fiigree beads and amethyst glass beads. A rare beauty and in remarkable condition. Absolutely no damage to glass, brass, or enamel. The foil backing has not dimmed with age, no missing enamel and not so much as a scratch on the large glass stone. The spring ring clasp is in very good working condition although not as springy as it was 100 years ago. Not hallmarked. Elegantly gift boxed. (The box is not vintage.)
