Vintage 1940s Danecraft Sterling Silver Floral Bangle Bracelet

Click on a thumbnail image to see enlarged images.

An early Danecraft silver bangle bracelet with embossed and engraved floral pattern. The hallmark dates it to pre-1945. After 1945 jewelry made by this company was marked only with Danecraft. The Danecraft Company was originally started by Victor Primavera, an Italian artisan, in 1934. The quality of the craftsmanship on these early Danecraft pieces is exquisite. The patterns are very detailed and beautifully created. The bracelets are heavier in weight which would indicate more silver was being used. 1/4 inch wide with an inside circumference of 7-3/4 inches. Extremely Fine condition with no damage or repairs. I have left the vintage tarnish intact. Ever so slightly out of round. The area in the second image where the flowers don't join properly is where the band was joined. The pattern doesn't quite meet. Hallmarked. Gift boxed. (The box is not vintage.)
