Deliciously soft silk velvet and classic Dior styling. A beautiful vintage turban hat created from silk velvet that changes with the light, shimmering from palest ivory to warm beige in the shadow areas. It is difficult to even say what the overall color truly is. Extremely Fine condition with no damage, stains, repairs or strange odors. This hat was worn gently and well cared for. The only sign of wear at all is a very faint discoloration of the milliner's label and extremely faint soiling to the inner hatband edge. The fit is fabulous and so comfortable, once you put it on you won't want to take it off ever again. The interior of the hat is lined with a heavy beige grosgrain fabric. Measures 22 inches around interior hatband. Milliner's label reads, Christian Dior chapeaux, Paris-New York.
